With more than 14 years of dual experience as a competitive cyclist and medical expert, Dr. Brian Rich leads the team at aCELLerated Interventional Orthopedics in Decatur, Texas, and Lawton, Oklahoma. He earned his medical degree before completing a sports medicine-focused family practice residency, working with athletes from two Division I colleges, and later specialized further at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa, where he continues to teach.

Dr. Rich uses his comprehensive sports medicine knowledge to enhance patient quality of life and functionality using various minimally invasive techniques such as sacroiliac joint fusion and radiofrequency ablation. Actively participating in prominent interventional pain and neuromodulation societies and proficient in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures, he provides top-tier care for ailments affecting the hip, knee, and shoulder
